Steve Tchiengang
Founder & President
The man with the vision of empowering and serving the youth of Cameroon. A Vanderbilt Graduate, Player Development Coach with the Boston Celtics, Steve is leading the charge in our mission to support and develop Cameroon youth through basketball.
Festus Ezeli
Executive Director
A Nigerian-American former professional basketball player. He played for Vanderbilt University with Steve before being drafted by the Golden State Warriors in 2012. Ezeli won an NBA Championship with the Warriors in 2015. Festus is now a broadcaster for NBC Sports Bay Area.
Martial Youdom
Director
Brings over 20 years of experience in basketball in Cameroon. He has coached a multitude of players including our founder Steve Tchiengang. He is best positioned to understand and navigate the basketball terrain in Cameroon. His passion for the youth and the game of basketball makes him a tremendous local leader.

He brings experience founding, building, and scaling global companies that make a meaningful impact on their communities, including Care Access, Reify Health, and Signal Vine.
Ethan Fedida
Operations and Marketing
Ethan, a fellow Vanderbilt graduate, advances VisionC’s mission through his operational expertise and marketing leadership. A longtime digital media veteran, he now leads Campfire Group, a social impact–focused digital agency that blends strategic storytelling with the missions and causes he believes in.
